MARQ Real Estate has been fantastic, and Maddy is truly an outstanding agent. She made the whole process smooth, stress‑free, and genuinely enjoyable. Her thoughtful touches like the welcome card with Smarties which indicates showed how much she cares about her clients. Highly recommend her for anyone wanting a professional and personal experience.

Hello Sir/Mam, i want to write a review regarding my agent name chelsea. She is good but the promise she made before giving the house about house clean was not fulfilled as the carpet is totally dirty with dust and not steam cleaned that she promised. but when i told her about it she said she have steam carpet clean receipt from previous tenant in which i repleid that she would come to check as it totally shown that it is not cleaned and the ensuite bathroom’s ceiling was not cleaned which she promised would get cleaned before we entered. but still not cleaned when i entered after signing lease. thanks

Alex was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout my apartment search, particularly once I became interested in the apartment at 78/29 Dawes Street, Kingston. She went out of her way to make time in her busy schedule to arrange a viewing for me and was very responsive to any questions I had throughout the process. She also made the application process clear and straightforward, helping ensure everything was organised before my application was sent to the owners for approval. Finding and applying for an apartment can be a stressful process, so I really appreciated how approachable, warm, responsive and helpful Alex and the team at MARQ Property was from start to finish. They made the whole experience much easier, and I would happily recommend Alex and the team to anyone looking for a rental property.

Consulted with owner list of things that needed to be done to be attractive for better tenancy. Communication was good, usually quick and responsive. Value quick action with consultative choices and advice. Advertising was effective and showed a high degree of professionalism.
