The team at Marq have been really helpful and professional in setting up and managing our tenancy. From early advice about the process and options, advertising the house and managing viewings, and follow up support now that tenants are in place, they have been exceptional. They are ambitious and honest about the options we had for renting, have a strong understanding of the local market, and as a result we have great tenants in place and we feel like our property is in safe hands.

Yes antone provided a genuine professional caring manner and i would be happy to deal with him again. The only down side was that when we went to pick up the keys the office girls were extremely unprofessional in my and my mothers opinion.

MARQ was very good to deal with on applying for the property, letting me know that I was successful and introducing me to the tenancy. The condition report process was unnecessarily tedious. Once I found things missed by the agent and for which I thought I might get blamed, I had to be very rigorous about all details, taking numerous photos and listing the many things not mentioned by the agent. It took days. I am grateful for MARQ's responsiveness to my requests for repairs and the communication standards from the appointed tradespeople.
