Professional and good communication for the most part. There was an issue where our application was submitted, but not processed by the agent until a week later despite two prior follow up attempts. After following up a third time, the application was submitted to the owner and accepted within about 30 minutes.

My experience with MARQ in 2023 was extremely positive. My agent, Emma was always quick to respond to my emails and calls, and Emma and MARQ were proactive in rectifying issues that arose from time to time. For example, when there were a few things that I noted as issues in my incoming condition report for the unit, my notes were carefully reviewed by MARQ and the issues were resolved promptly without me having to make separate requests. I appreciated this high level of service and felt very respected as a tenant. This was a level of service I did not experience with other rental agencies in the past. I highly recommend Emma as an agent and MARQ Property generally to prospective tenants.

I’ve been a tenant at the same place for over 6 years and since it was managed by Marq 4 years ago dealing with them has always been pleasant and courteous. They’ve always strived to help us at the earliest be it an issue/repair or any information from strata or the vacate process at the end.
