The best agents out there!
Emma, Kayla and the team were patient and committed to finding a tenant for a short term lease at my property which was a difficult ask - They didn’t stop until they found the right tenant. They’ve done a wonderful job and I’m relieved to have them working for me.

Amazing service!

As a MARQ tenant for some years I have had only very positive experience
I give each Real Estate Agent I have been dealing with a 10 out of 10 rating. This includes personal considerations making sure the tenant, i.e. myself, is being looked after properly. My experience is based on over six years of tenancy, at three different units, each time with a different RE Agent.

Application process was clear, fast and convenient with plenty of emails keeping us informed
From the moment we put in the application in to the acceptance by the owner this agent has kept us well informed. The application form was similar to others but the speed at which it was processed was amazing. We had a decision within days. All the way we were receiving emails telling us where the application was up to. The lease was easy to understand and easy to complete. You do get a little pressured to sign the lease quickly (within 24 hours) and you do get a few marketing emails afterwards (moving services etc), which is why I knocked one star off. But, overall it has been a quick and pleasant experience.
