Friendly and Easy
Have been with MARQ for two property leases now, moving from one to the other with minimal fuss. Inspections are always friendly and timely, maintenance requests tended to very quickly. Easy to do business with.

Professionalism
Chelsea has been a great Real Estate agent with great knowledge of proper communication and even resolve the issues to make stressful experience smooth and straightforward. We haven’t had much communication with Peta but when we have it has been professional and kind. Maintenance issues are being resolved and any questions we have are answered in a timely manner.

Highly professional and supportive
We would like to thank MARQ property for helping us find our first rental property after relocating to Australia end of 2024. From the the inspection booking to choosing the tenant the MARQ agents have been communicating with us with professionalism answering to all the questions we had. Even after renting the property we are receiving the same quality of service from our property manager at all times. Amazing and professional

Easy, Responsive, and Lovely!
Everyone I've dealt with at MARQ has been fantastic, they're always so quick to respond and helpful with anything I'm unsure on. The whole process was way easier than I expected and they just dealt with everything. Very lovely to deal with and they understood what I was looking for in tenants very quickly.

Terrible service
Just moved into our new rental place and have had the worst experience with this property manager. No information was provided about how to access our carpark or how to find our car spot. The property agent does not answer nor return our phone calls. Horrible experience, I do not recommend this agent.
