From pre-listing through to Auction day Justin and Dimi offered invaluable advice in regard to what would add value to our home in the eyes of a purchaser, in particular Justin was the only Agent during the preliminary interview phase to recommend filling in a wall between two rooms to make our home more liveable for the next owners. For me I like up front, to the point communication, high quality of service and a level of authenticity at times missing in agents.
