The team at McGrath were proactive, professional an courteous in helping me secure a lease from out of state. They really went the extra mile to make the process as pain-free as possible in the tough Canberra rental market. Thanks team!!

We are not from Canberra and found all the people at McGraths North Canberra to be so helpful and nice. They have made the whole experience so easy and we are very grateful:)

Currently overseas, wars very easy to work with and was very competent and provided time information, with number of people that viewed the townhouse and number of suitable candidates that wanted to rent the apartment.

Great professional service from the initial leasing team but some concerns regarding my property manager who didn't respond to my email until prompted after an 8 day lapse.

Great group of people to deal with, especially when going through process of getting the bond and rent in advance paid. Great effort by everyone. The one concern was that we kept getting spam mail from some wanting us to go with them when we had our electricity connected. The person was quiet rude to my wife when she we would do it ourselves.
