None agent better than FN Robert ever!
Our family frequently buying and selling properties in RYDE areas. The first agent going to our mind is Robert for sure. It was clearly evident to me on deciding which real estate agent I would use when it came time to sell our largest family asset, our family home. In the very first instance, it was the way Robert and the team at First National stood out in the way they would present properties in comparison to others, from the photos, videos, sign board, brochures and scripting. Selling your family home can be a stressful task but the professionalism, communication and the going out of your way to meet us at a time that suited us were just a few of the key attributes that made our lives that much easier. Working with a Robert was a partnership with ease.
When you meet Robert you quickly get a sense that this man loves his job. He is passionate about real estate, not just the buying and selling of houses, but the story of your home. He weaves the intangible values of your home with the more tangible features and is frank but gentle about its quirks and the potential downsides for some. He communicates clearly the process, outlines the approach he would like to take, stays in touch with you throughout, warmly connects you to his helpful assistants Jordan Russell and Carol Law and makes the experience less daunting. You can admire Robert’s professionalism, appreciate his experience and respect his authenticity but what impacted us the most was the sense that Robert was genuinely happy when brought the needs of two families together in the exchange of not just a house but a home. Rob is the best
We have been looking for a first home since 10/2020 and have been dealing with many agents but the first time we talked with Rob we think he’s different. He’s very genuine and helping us in all ways he can. And he understands our stress and anxieties as we have no experiences in this hot market.
