10/10 experience, both in buying and selling with Robert. He and his team made everything so simple, to the point where I had absolutely nothing to worry about throughout the whole process. They were all in regular contact with me, giving me confidence that my sale was in the best hands.

Kim was recommended to me by a friend who had experienced her service personally so had no hesitation in passing her name and details on to me. I found Kim always willing to go above and beyond what you would expect from an agent. Thank you Kim for all your help and guidance through what was a very stressful time in my life.

Hi Guys, Just a quick note to let you all know how satisfied I am with my continuous relationship with First National. After going forward with Robert due to ongoing advise from close friends and builders, to engage him in the sale of our developments, I have been nothing but impressed with his work ethics, and commitment to detail that truly sets him apart from the rest. After time, and getting to know and being serviced by the team behind him, it has become my understanding they the whole team communicate and conduct themselves at the highest level. Rob and First National Gladesville have become an important structure to my business, my loyalty and trust to them is paramount from forecasting to predicting property markets that I involve Robert in from the beginning stages of my development works. I would recommend Robert Bagala and his team from First National Gladesville to any prospective buyer or seller. Kind regards, Anthony Galluzzo

We would highly commend Kim and her team if you are looking to sell your property. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and certainly does everything she can to make a stressful time so much easier. She is very caring, supportive and respectful, nothing was too much trouble when it came to making this time with selling our family home that much less difficult. Kim surrounds herself with a dedicated team of professionals who were also so supportive. If you need someone on your side when selling property you can’t go past Kim Toyer-Uttley. With thanks to an amazing person and team.

Great sales results are only part of his role - supporting his clients as they make major decisions involving their property investments is vital to their long term relationship.

Robert Bagala recently sold our dear late mother’s home. This transaction was one of a very personal nature. My husband and I had purchased a home through First National a number of years ago. However, in this most recent sale I needed to consider other siblings involved in choosing a real estate agent. We had met with a few local agents to discuss this listing opportunity but my siblings and I kept coming back to Robert Bagala in our conversations. His presentation was clear and to the point whilst all along one could relate to his genuineness and sincerity in this difficult time. We immediately thought if this agent could make us feel good about his work then imagine how he would make buyers feel ... We had a mixed bag of emotions selling our mothers family home and Robert was very mindful of this. There were times he showed humour but was professional through and through. We had made the best decision. Robert worked hard and communicated with us throughout. He achieved an excellent result for us. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him and his team. For me he will be our agent as long as we need one. We have no hesitation in recommending Robert to any future vendors or purchasers. Loredana Valenti
