Robert was great in terms of providing setting up the sale and the open for inspections. Our property was initially being sold under company title and Robert didn't understand what this meant. We had one of our neighbours view the property and ask questions about the Company Title and Robert could not explain it back properly. In the end we pulled the property from the market and decided to correctly title the property under strata title. When we eventually sold the property Robert was rude to us when we questioned why he didn't go back to a prospective buyer who had offered more money than we ended up selling it for.
