This was my first purchase through SMSF which is more complex and lengthy process and in addition COVID19 Pandemic made my situation worse for me. However Robert and his team made it easier for me by supporting me with extensions on cooling off period and any other issues that arose in between It would have been a stressful experience for me if it wasn't for Robert's patience and support. I believe he has the highest moral standard in this industry and I would recommend his service to anyone who is considering buying/selling property

Robert and his team provided service beyond my expectations. I have purchased two properties through Robert some years ago, and I didn't hesitate in approaching him to recently sell a property for me. I found Robert and his team very professional with a solid understanding of the market and local real estate. They took the worry away and explained every step of the process backed up with great communication. I am very happy with the sale result, being above the price guide for my area. I strongly recommend Robert and his First National team to astute buyers and sellers seeking a premium result.

The sale of Mums house was daunting, but with the guidance and understanding Kim and the team at McGraths, it made it all a very pleasurable experience. Her intimate knowledge of the North Ryde area, being a local girl all her life, was invaluable in our decision to go with Kim and her team and we weren't let down at any point with the auction far exceeding our market expectations.... great work Kim!

Kim recently helped with the sale of my mother's home. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful in her approach. Her team were prepared to go the extra mile with the arrangements, from managing the presentation of the house to aspects of the contract negotiations. She was very straightforward with the strategy for the sale, and her experience ensured a fantastic result.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robert and his team to sell your home. Robert sold our parents house so we knew he was a good agent, and he didn’t disappoint us second time around. Robert broke the mould in his commitment to selling our home by how hands on he was, and his commitment to communicating with us throughout the process. Robert’s attention to detail is exceptional and is evident in many ways, from the detailed feedback he provided after each inspection, to the way he provided direction and creative input during the photography shoot. The whole process ran so efficiently. Robert is exceptional at what he does and I have complete confidence that he works hard to achieve the best possible result, and it doesn’t hurt that he’s a genuinely nice guy. Robert and his team are first class.
