I met Kim during multiple home openings mid 2019. Kim was very friendly, always smiling with a great positive attitude. She knew the market demand and trend; she clearly understood what I was looking for and kept me informed if there was anything that could have been of an interest. Kim respected the fact that I needed my own space during the auction and she genuinely was happy for me to acquire the property. She walked me through the next steps, offered me a bottle of Champagne and allowed me to meet the owner, and was professional. During the settlement period she helped liaising with the owners, trying to find a compromise in regards to repairs that were required by the bank. She really did her best, going beyond her role as a real estate agent - when lots of REA would not have bothered. Later on she came to the property to check out the renovation, customer service beyond the sale! In short thank you so much Kim for making this process as easy and pleasant as possible.
