We're very happy with the result and have high regard for Robert Bagala & his team We'd like to put forward this testimonial, I hope it helps the team and First National achieve more successes in the future. We decided to go with Robert for his experience, large team, and First National Gladesville’s coverage. Our first impression of Robert was that he’s friendly and genuine. He always kept us up to date, was honest and helped us understand all our options during the selling process. Importantly, we sold our place in 2.5 weeks and was able to achieve a great price in a difficult market. It was an absolute pleasure working with Robert and I highly recommend First National” Regards, Noel & Charlotte

Robert was absolutely brilliant, he was referred to us and from the moment we met him we could see that he was genuine, experienced and passionate. The clear distinction here is it he is local with great knowledge of the products he is selling and the relationships in the community he is dealing with Robert and his team were extremely easy to deal with, they were efficient and pleasant at all times. He worked very hard to assist us in preparing the home all the way through to what he does best, negotiate the best possible price. It was fantastic to watch him work.

Janmaree and I would like to thank you and your wonderful on the way you all came together to achieve such an incredible result on the sale of our investment property. We chose your office as it has handled the rental side of things since I purchased it in August 2005 & whilst I feel your rental department is the best business my family has ever dealt with (evident by your year awards), I really did need to be sure that your sales department matched that same standard. With great confidence I can say it does, and then some. Your team is incredibly supportive and without any doubt at the forefront of the sales industry. Robert you were true to your word from the first day we met with you to map out your sales approach in this current market. As a result we had multiple offers which led to a bidding war only two weeks into the campaign and achieved a better than expected result. You and your team kept us up to date with new interest and offers and where we stood against similar properties on the market. Janmaree and I would have no hesitation in recommending you and your team for selling and rental handling of any property. We couldn’t thank you more for helping us achieve a great price which will greatly help us move on to our next adventure. Yours sincerely Michael & Janmaree

We would like to thank Robert Bagala of First National for handling the recent sale of our home and would not hesitate to recommend him to any potential vendor. We chose Robert to sell our property as we thought he appreciated the work we had put into our renovation and respected the price we were hoping to attain. We saw Robert as someone we could trust and also who took the time to listen to us. Robert worked tirelessly liaising with potential buyers, conducting open houses both mid-week and on Saturdays, during our four week campaign. He surprised us with his willingness to chat after hours. We greatly appreciated his professionalism, honesty and local knowledge. Communication was both prompt and clear regarding offers and each open house held. In a low and uncertain market, we sold above reserve with 5 registered bidders – a good outcome! We would also like to thank Paula and the rest of the team for their help in our sale. Sue & Ashleigh VANCE

It would be my absolute pleasure to pass on my experience. Robert leads a sensational team who led me through a seamless and stress free process of selling my unit. The communication between everyone involved in the sale was like nothing I've ever experienced. You cannot fault this team! From the very first text Robert sent me regarding selling my property, I knew I could place my trust in him. Robert is a true professional and 110% dedicated to achieving the best result no matter the size of the property. He is warm, friendly and passionate about his work, and for me it was like dealing with a brother. Thank you Robert & team, Y. Issa

From the initial contact to beyond the final result, Robert leads from the front. Robert and the First National Team, Gladesville took the time to review our North Ryde home, and design a campaign around the property strengths. That campaign resulted in attracting interested parties with sale terms agreed to, prior to auction. Robert’s personal service, timely communication and efforts to improve the customer experience was a highlight for us. It was an experience we would highly recommend. Dear Robert & team I’m sure you’d agree, when you entrust an agent with the sale of your family home (usually your biggest asset in life), it’s quite a big deal. You need to feel confident there’s genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome. That there’s full disclosure, no hidden agendas, clarity and above all, total open-ness and honesty. All of which, was extended to us in our selling experience with yourself, and the First National Real Estate North team. All promises were kept. Active and reliable feedback (almost daily) either by email or text. Personal meetings at pivotal moments in our approach to sale. Validation of all expenditures and performance reporting on our marketing. Even better, all conversations were incredibly open and respectful. At no time, did we feel pressured or dismissed. All our thoughts, ideas and ambitions were welcomed and it felt like a true partnership. You showed personal passion to exceed our expectation, and truly shared our hunger to achieve the best possible result - and we did! We sincerely thank you, and would whole-heartedly commend you to any other prospective clients seeking a truly committed, professional and trustworthy team to manage their property endeavours. Very best, Trevor & Christine Gardner
