Kim Toyer-Uttley would have to be one of the most genuine, caring and honest agents I have ever met! Nothing was a problem and no problem too silly for her to answer, even if I felt silly asking it!! She took us through the whole process and notified us about anything at all that had changed or moved along. She was just marvellous. She met with us every week and took us through the progress of the sale from the media and from inquiries to her office. She sat with us until we had exhausted all the questions or options. Nothing was ever a problem for Kim. We just loved her style and we love her! She’s genuinely a great person 👍👍👍 I would recommend her highly.

Selling our mum’s home was a very emotional and stressful event. Having known Kim for many years, I needed an agent I could trust and who would be empathetic to our family, not just getting a ‘sale across the line’. It was some 8-9 months from when we first engaged Kim and during that time we undertook minor renovations to present mum’s home in the best possible light. Carrie, Kim’s assistant, arranged various quotes for me to review and approve, got the jobs done and kept me informed at all times – a bundle of energy and a delight to work with! Ultimately, while we had expected a better result, the market was very different (and difficult) to 6-8 months earlier and had we delayed proceeding to sell, it is clear the sale price would have been even lower. At all times, Kim was caring, honest, diligent and kept us informed – we were very happy with the service that Kim and her team provided.

I wouldn't say that I ecstatic about the final price, it was much lower than we had envisaged, however I understand that the market shifted on us, so we had to role with the punches. Kim and Kim's Client service manager Carrie were extremely helpful all along the journey with no task too burdensome for them to take on so i am extremely grateful for there assistance.
