I met Kim during multiple home openings mid 2019. Kim was very friendly, always smiling with a great positive attitude. She knew the market demand and trend; she clearly understood what I was looking for and kept me informed if there was anything that could have been of an interest. Kim respected the fact that I needed my own space during the auction and she genuinely was happy for me to acquire the property. She walked me through the next steps, offered me a bottle of Champagne and allowed me to meet the owner, and was professional. During the settlement period she helped liaising with the owners, trying to find a compromise in regards to repairs that were required by the bank. She really did her best, going beyond her role as a real estate agent - when lots of REA would not have bothered. Later on she came to the property to check out the renovation, customer service beyond the sale! In short thank you so much Kim for making this process as easy and pleasant as possible.

I am not normally a person who puts pen to paper to praise others for doing what they were employed to do, but even I have to admit that the team of George Agostino and his able assistant Belinda was exceptional. Our journey began with them both attending my home and advising of possible visual improvements that were achievable with a minimum of cost. It was agreed that our best sales plan was that of auction, all of their sales teams from Hunters Hill, Gladesville and Ryde attended my home, so that in effect I had 3 teams working for me. I was constantly informed of the market interest in my property right up until the point of sale and what an extraordinary result it was, far exceeding my expectations. Their service, perseverance and communication, were all completed with a smile on mine, theirs and perspective purchasers faces.
