She took us through the whole process and notified us about anything at all that had changed or moved along. She was just marvellous. Selling our mum’s home was a very emotional and stressful event. Having known Kim for many years, I needed an agent I could trust and who would be empathetic to our family, not just getting a ‘sale across the line’. It was some 8-9 months from when we first engaged Kim and during that time we undertook minor renovations to present mum’s home in the best possible light.
