My husband and I are very happy to recommend Kim Toyer-Uttley and her team to anyone wishing to sell or purchase property in the North Ryde area. Kim and her hard-working team were extremely professional, trust-worthy, honest and dedicated. Communication with the team was excellent. Kim kept us informed by telephone, text and e-mail and was never too busy to speak to us. Even though we had never been involved in an auction before, her strategy for our sales campaign and auction was totally spot-on. Kim alleyed all our apprehensions and inspired us with the confidence to go ahead and auction. The open-house inspections were very successful (even though we live on a very busy main road with no parking) with many inspections and contracts being distributed. We were concerned on the auction night as the weather was terrible, but the whole sales team including the auctioneer were encouraging and professional. Our auction result exceeded ALL expectations and was well over the reserve. As first time sellers we were both nervous and apprehensive about selling our property. From our first meeting with George and Belinda, we were quickly put at ease. We immediately felt comfortable and relaxed within their presence. The entire selling process was explained in detail, none of our questions were left unanswered and communication lines were always open meaning we were never left out of the loop at any point within the contract period. Their level of professionalism, attention to detail, market knowledge and sales strategy were absolutely second to none. We couldn't have asked for a better result with auction day, it far exceeded our expectations (we sold for $270k over our reserve price!!!) This result was only achieved due to the efforts put in by George and his team. We would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone who is looking to sell their property!!
