We can't praise the team at Mcgrath highly enough, it just wouldn't do them justice. For instance- our property was advertised on a Thursday afternoon, the following day was a public holiday, the day after that was the Cadel Evans bike race with traffic road blocks throughout the day around the property. Despite this, 17 groups were shown through, a stand out tenant was identified on the day. Checks were undertaken on Monday, tenant signed documents on Wednesday and moved in the following day. This is the 3rd time in a row such a streamlined service was delivered- incredible! And the management of these properties by Toni Sleep is consistent and flawless- she is an expert and a credit to her profession.
