The listing was of very good quality and we are very grateful to have been successful in securing the property. Right from the start the whole process was handled with the utmost professionalism. From the inspection of our rental property to securing amazing tenants within the first week of advertising. The team at McGrath namely Mergin, Sally, Emily, Rajesh and Megan were pleasant, friendly, informative and above all delivered. I can't recommend them highly enough. Any further requirement with property management or sales we will be using this company with certainty. Communication at all times and their detailed individual inspection documents and feedback left the whole process not only inclusive of our thoughts but also there experience ensured a positive result. Raj was amazing to work with, he was efficient and very professional with his work. I can’t get over how quick and proper it was all done. It was fantastic. We are so happy that we were able to liaise with Raj and also a shoutout to Katie and who I’m assuming is the receptionist who was very helpful with many of our enquires. Overall, it was a great experience with the McGrath team and if we are to move again, i would definitely work with them again.
