The property management team at McGrath Geelong/Newtown were so amazing. The advertising campaign was fantastic, resulting in 12 groups registering to attend the first open for inspection, with 7 of those applying for the property. The property management team conducted reviews of the applications within 1 day, presenting me with a shortlist of the best applicants. The open for inspection was carried out so professionally, Donna at McGrath advised me to negotiate an open for inspection before I even settled on the property, so by the time I settled on the purchase, I had a tenant secured. Just amazing. Then the McGrath team even picked up the keys for me from the selling agent as I was overseas when the property settled. And now I have received a 91 page property inspection report showing incredible detail of the property prior to being tenanted. All in all, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend the rental team at McGrath. I used this same rental team for a Newtown investment property that I owned several years ago and they were amazing then as well.

Couldn't be happier with our recent rental experience with McGraths Real Estate. I have dealt with Emily Haynes during a previous rental. She is prompt and always gets back to me with where my application is progressing. Picking up keys and the house and garden were in really nice condition. Highly recommend as either a renter or property owner. McGraths are a quality Realtor and it really shows.
