We met Mr. Rajesh Chaubey in one of our inspections. We were pretty much confused, but Mr. Chaubey made sure to guide us through the entire process. He listened to our requirements and arranged the inspections accordingly. He helped us right from inspections to filling our forms correctly. We are thankful for all his help. Because of him we got such a beautiful house.

We commenced looking to rent a one bedroom unit in central Geelong a month ago having decided to take our time as we were in no hurry to move My wife noticed two weeks ago McGrath estate agents had a one bedroom unit open for inspection We called in to the McGrath office in Moorabool Street Geelong to register our names for the inspection and were suitably impressed by the welcoming office staff We attended the open unit and were greeted cordially by the young lady conducting the inspection On leaving we were handed application forms to be completed The forms were duly completed and lodged with McGrath and were politely told we needed to correct certain errors in our paperwork which we did the following day We each received a text telling us the application forms were being processed Several days later we each received texts to say our applications were successful A time and date was set for us to meet with Tash in the McGrath office to review the paperwork and sign as necessary We are to collect the keys at the McGrath office 9.00am this Saturday August 10 2019 The whole process has been a relaxed and rewarding experience Professional service with a personal touch
