McGrath eventually sourced tenants that appreciate the property and who I am confident will look after it. They managed to gain very good rent at the top of the range. The property management however has been disappointing. Inspections and condition reports have been inadequate. Previous tenants were not adequately held to account regarding the condition they left the property. New tenants have been poorly supported while transitioning into the property.
