Adam was a conscientious and thoughtful realtor. He had excellent attention to detail as well as a clear dedication to making sure we were comfortable and happy. A minor quibble- he was sometimes not available to return a call for a day or two. This is a small matters though, Adam was an excellent realtor and my wife and I were very happy with the service he provided.

To many people selling a house, a real estate agent is a necessary evil. Our recent experience is the total opposite of this view. We met Adam and Miranda as they door-knocked in our area. Despite a ten year relationship with another agent, we were immediately impressed by their enthusiasm, local area knowledge and professionalism. On this basis we gave them our listing. Adam suggested a short selling campaign of three weeks and then an auction. The house was prepared and then a team arrived to take photographs, create a house plan and to prepare some marketing text - a very professional project. We had Open Houses on the Saturday and Wednesday leading up to the auction and after each we were provided with a comprehensive update on all feedback and details of interested parties. The result was absolutely amazing - $115,000 over our inflated reserve and a result which was about 25% above our initial expectation.
