Genuine, Trustworthy, and Handsdown the best
Ben is not one of the most prominent real estate agents for nothing. His professionalism, outstanding negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills shone throughout the sale of our property. He and Martika are very genuine and made everything so easy from start to finish. I really knew and felt that we were in good hands.
After looking into most of the properties they were selling, they appeared to be high-end ones. I was a bit embarassed because I thought our property was very simple compared to what they normally sell. Maybe ours was not worth their time. I was totally wrong. I was filled with so much gratitude because even if our unit was simple, they made me feel as if I'm their only client. I could tell that they gave our property a lot of effort and really had our best interest at heart-- for that I am eternally grateful.
Ben and Martika guided us every step of the way and was able to produce an amazing and fair outcome for both myself and the buyer at a very quick turnaround time.
