I walked into the property with no expectation of purchasing and Tracey helped me organise my deposit, conveyancer which also led to a fabulous broker. She has great support contact. Tracey got back to me promptly with answers to all my questions, arranged for me speak to the building inspector who was OS and guided me on the day of the auction to a successful outcome.
