John was already selling two homes on our street and we approached him for thoughts on our property as we were considering downsizing. We said that we thought our house needed work in advance of a sale process. John told us that the market was currently hot and he had existing buyers (from the other sale processes on our street) who would be very keen on our property "as is", as many buyers are happy to implement their own design and decoration.
