Professional and Down to Earth
We found the whole team at Atlas extremely professional and easy to work with. Ben is honest and genuine and he treated us like we were his friends . His incredible knowledge of the market and his passion for what he does sets him far apart from other agents we have dealt with in the past. We were also kept informed throughout the sale process which put our minds at ease. Martika is genuinely nice to deal with and we felt like she was honestly interested in getting us the best outcome together with Ben and the team at Atlas.

Good communicator
We initially contacted John to undertake a market appraisal a year before we finally decided to sell, and were impressed by his direct and open manner, his sense of humour and his knowledge of the real estate market in our local area. When we decided to sell our home, we engaged John to manage the marketing and sale. John and Ashleigh worked well as a team, communicated well with us, and were very responsive to us and potential purchasers. They kept us well informed of the progress of the campaign, were always available, and responded promptly to feedback. Due to John's efforts, we sold prior to auction. We would highly recommend John and his team to any prospective vendors.

Outstanding Agent
With his experience and knowledge of the inner west area, John made me feel comfortable about achieving the end result that i wanted. John's persistence in educating the Vendor of the Real Estate Market, is second to none! John was very transparent in his communication with the Sale of my Property. John didn't make unrealistic projections as to the pricing of my house and didn't sugar coat anything. This is what i believe is what gave me the outstanding result beyond my expectations. John put me in the position to able to achieve the result that desired, by even pointing out all the little details that needed to be addressed.
