As a Real Estate agent myself, I would highly recommend Tracey Dixon and her team at McGrath if you are considering selling your home. As a buyer, I had been looking to purchase on the Hunters Hill Peninsula for over 12 months with a somewhat challenging brief. During that time Tracey and Nick Cowdrill showed me countless “on market” and creative “off market” opportunities. They were always professional, energetic, diligent and had very solid market knowledge. To be honest though as a buyer when it comes time to negotiate on price, I would certainly have preferred to come up against another agent in the area. Tracey always seems to break through new price records and for the houses we ultimately bid on over that 12 month period, she certainly takes a high level of personal pride in making sure not $1 is ever left on the table for her owners. If you are looking at selling in the Hunters Hill area, in my opinion you are doing yourself an injustice if you don’t appoint Tracey and the McGrath team to represent your home.

We chose Tracey and the McGrath team to sell our house because of her good reputation and her ability to achieve better than expected results at neighboring properties. She and her team were very thorough from start to finish. She opened by showing pictures of various local properties similar to ours which helped formulate a price strategy. From there her forward strategic plan was comprehensive and detailed and was adhered to closely. I particularly appreciated the availability of cotacts we could use on certain issues to effectively handle and process the "red tape" issues which were involved. Her staff were always polite, cheerful and very helpful. The whole sale was conducted during a very difficult period. ( Covid-19) She developed close contacts with potential buyers and was familiar with their idio-syncracies. It was very satisfying to have her determination to get the best price possible for me to the very end. She never once shied away from her goal. I would use her again in similar circumstances.
