Lovely, efficient and friendly Team
We have engaged Tracey, Lee and Nicholas at McGrath in Hunters Hill on a couple of occasions and found them to be responsive, supportive and great to deal with. We could not have asked for more from them and will miss being on contact now that we have sold! We are very happy and offer the highest recommendation.

Professional, personable and delivered an outstanding result
We interviewed three local real estate agents to sell my late aunt's Hunters Hill apartment and after considering each proposal carefully we chose Tracey Dixon at McGrath for a number of reasons. McGrath's marketing plan was the most competitive, price-wise, and offered a detailed strategy as well as unsolicited no-cost extras. We were confident that Tracey and Stephanie's local knowledge, extensive contacts, experience, advice and vivacious personalities would deliver a great result for my family. Finding the right real estate agent was very important as we were first-time vendors and live interstate, so it was critical that we dealt with people who wouldn't leave us in the dark or who we had to chase for updates. After the apartment went on the market Tracey and Stephanie kept us constantly informed by phone calls, SMSs and emails with detailed debriefs about viewings and potential buyers as well as advising on each next move. Although we had expected to go to auction, the apartment sold a week earlier for a figure well in excess of what was predicted, thanks in particular to the expert way Tracey handled tense negotiations between the two bidding parties. We were out to dinner while this was happening and she called a number of times that night to update me and suggest which way to proceed. The whole process went smoothly and efficiently and Tracey and Stephanie took all the stress out of the procedure for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey Dixon and her team at McGrath Hunters Hill.

Tracey’s entire team (in particular Nicholas Cowdrill) were very professional and took time to educate me on the local area and general market conditions. Tracy and Nick were a great team to sell our home.
Tracy’s experience in real estate and her tenacity were instrumental in selling our home. Her knowledge of the market and buyers gave us confidence to trust her advice. Her co-worker Nick Cowdrill was so helpful in all aspects, including staging and paperwork and helpful suggestions for best exposure of the home. He did so much legwork connecting preparation for sale and sale result that the experience was supported all the way. He was prompt in response to any enquiry and fully committed to helping us through the experience. He is now fully supportive in finding our next property. McGrath’s did not inflate our expectation of the market price and are realistic and informed in their market appraisal. I believe these are real estate agents you can trust.

Selling your house can be extremely daunting. From decluttering, packing and styling, building inspections etc etc. So a huge shout out to Tracey Dixon and her team at McGrath's Hunters Hill.
