It is well known that Tracey has the best listings in Hunters Hill and for good reason. My experience as a buyer was superb. Tracey’s entire team (in particular Nicholas Cowdrill) were very professional and took time to educate me on the local area and general market conditions. After some back and forth McGrath team delivered a deal that was great for all parties! I highly recommend Tracey and team to any prospective buyer or seller.

Professional, discrete and very good attention to detail

Tracy and Nick were a great team to sell our home.
Tracy’s experience in real estate and her tenacity were instrumental in selling our home. Her knowledge of the market and buyers gave us confidence to trust her advice. Her co-worker Nick Cowdrill was so helpful in all aspects, including staging and paperwork and helpful suggestions for best exposure of the home. He did so much legwork connecting preparation for sale and sale result that the experience was supported all the way. He was prompt in response to any enquiry and fully committed to helping us through the experience. He is now fully supportive in finding our next property. McGrath’s did not inflate our expectation of the market price and are realistic and informed in their market appraisal. I believe these are real estate agents you can trust.

Selling your house can be extremely daunting. From decluttering, packing and styling, building inspections etc etc. So a huge shout out to Tracey Dixon and her team at McGrath's Hunters Hill. Tracey was amazing. She provided so much advice on getting me prepared for sale months beforehand and put me in touch with all the right people so when the house went on the market it was smooth sailing all the way. Review of Sale
Tracey and the team at McGrath Hunters Hill were all very professional. They worked very well as a team, and ensured every inspection was followed up. Their communication was timely and their reporting comprehensive. We were pleased with the result at the Auction, however price expectations had to be adjusted throughout the campaign.

Exceptional Communication and Professionalism
