John & his team are very polite professional & no fuss which made life easy, we were offered more assistance than I felt I needed however it was nice to have the available contact offered rather than feeling you were a bother. John always responded to a call as soon as possible without any complaints. We were given a calendar with easy laid out dates for open house days & times Auction day & time & all went like clockwork. We were offered a stylist which wasn't required but for those who may it is simplified.
