John was, early on in our discussions with agents, the person I wanted to manage the sale of our property. John's knowledge of the Gladesville / Hunters Hill market is second to none and he inspires confidence as being someone who can get the best result. With us based in the UK during the campaign, it was essential to appoint an Agent who was absolutely comfortable to communicate remotely and John made a huge effort from the outset to show this would be no issue. He is professional, relates well to anyone and somehow makes his work look easy. During the campaign it became clear that it would be better to bring forward the auction date as there were sufficient interested parties (getting impatient to buy!).... John was able to explain the situation and changed the auction date with no fuss. We are delighted that we chose the McGrath sales team, as they surpassed all expectations at auction in terms of price and were overall great to deal with.
