Great Result
Alex and her team were very professional in all facets of the sale, She gave us a realistic valuation of the property and kept us informed all through out the process. This was the second time we have used Alex and would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone wanting to sell.

Alex does it again!!!!
Alex has now sold two properties for me in the inner West of Sydney. Alex is probably the best agent I have ever worked with. She is consistent and prompt with her open home updates, accurate with her sales price advice, spot on when it comes to presenting your home to maximise the price achieved and one hell of a great negotiator. I have also been on the buying end of property with Alex and she is incredibly fair and genuine in her approach to negotiating.

Big life moves made pain free
When a big life move involves so many moving parts it can be super daunting. I don’t know much about real estate and I hate red tape so having a rockstar professional to walk you through the entire process makes it so much easier. Alexandra was that rockstar. Most comforting, professional and experienced Real Estate agent probably in the country!!
My wife and I have known of Alexandra’s terrific service for many years mostly through word of mouth and just from seeing her work throughout the area. When it came time for us to sell our unit that we received recently, we both really wanted Alexandra to head the sale. This was the best decision we could have ever made. Her unique blend of professionalism and empathy was entirely necessary and greatly appreciated during the sale as we had to deal with lawyers who were tied with the unit and a corresponding family law case. She endured completely unnecessary pain from our oppositions lawyers during the sale and never even so much as complained and dealt with the matters swiftly and professionally. She would constantly get back to us quickly with any of our questions and we both felt very well taken care of under her care. Would HIGHLY recommend her services.

Very helpful and professional
Victor was helpful and responsive to all my queries about the property, the market for apartments in the area and the purchase process and was persuasive about the merits of this apartment over other apartments in the same complex also for sale, and his assistance in the lead-up to exchange and settlement made my first home buying experience go smoothly

Professional, experienced, caring and above expectations!
We initially went with Michael due to his experience, especially in our area. And oh boy did we make the right choice. What we learnt was how much he cares, he listened to everything we had to say, was candid which helped us make the right decisions, and changed tactics when required in a challenging market. In market conditions we have not seen for a very long time, Michael kept going and never gave up. Michael was always on our side and worked as a team. It is stressful to decide to sell your home, although Michael and team were there to support every step of the way. Thank you, and even our little one misses seeing you guys on Saturdays.

Not good sellers
I didn't get the laundry key and windows keys after settlement, don't answer calls , all the sallers and officers are not nice on the phone. Not enjoy with this purchase, the sellers didn't send the contract before auction. Not give all keys after settlement. After purchased, not nice to you at all

Quality service & Outstanding Result
I really felt valued as a vendor and wasn’t mislead during the sale of my property. Alex and Heber were transparent with the valuation and delivered a great result.
