He never pressured me when it came to buying, he always gave me honest answers to questions and was a wealth of information about the building and the local area. It was always a pleasure seeing Victor; he's friendly, easy going, and a pleasure to deal with. After purchasing he made sure everything was ready for me to move in, including removing a locked padlock left behind by the last tenant. Victor was great from the first time I stepped foot in what was to be my apartment. Right through the whole process he gave me his time to revisit any possible concerns, clarify things that were new to me, and to help me with my purchase. Never did I feel pressured in any way - Victor was the third wheel in working with myself and the owner. Victor had a brilliant understanding of the area and I felt that he was very transparent in prices and options - a characteristic that I didn’t come across in many other agents.
