It was refreshing to meet an agent who didn't make you feel like he was going for the hard sell straight up. Michael was patient with any questions I had about the home or the area. As things progressed he then clearly talked me through the sale process and how it would work, again at no stage did I feel pressured. Having said that he was clear with information on the house, the building , the neighbours and any council directives. For a buyer like me he was just right but during the contract signing process I also saw how protective he was of the vendor and making sure he had their best interests covered as well.
