His professional attitude combined with approachable presentation gave me confidence throughout every part of the process of selling. His ability to communicate not only with me, but also potential and the actual buyers was / is especially impressive, clearly articulating queries and solutions to any questions raised as well as being proactive in dealing all aspects of the process was particularly impressive. His knowledge of the local market conditions, estimation of pricing and market temperature and cadence of completion was spot on and backed up with the final purchase price which I was happy with. Overall Victor provided a superb level of service, support and delivery on what was desired.

Victor was the agent who sold us our one-bed unit in Camperdown. We were interested in a few different properties in the unit block and Victor encouraged us to 'come on a tour' of the properties he had on the agency's books, to make sure we had a good sense of what was available. Victor was great from the first time I stepped foot in what was to be my apartment. He could see what I was looking for and gave me the exact space I needed to answer all my questions and also let me consider my thoughts. Right through the whole process he gave me his time to revisit any possible concerns, clarify things that were new to me, and to help me with my purchase. Never did I feel pressured in any way - Victor was the third wheel in working with myself and the owner. Victor had a brilliant understanding of the area and I felt that he was very transparent in prices and options - a characteristic that I didn’t come across in many other agents. I’d absolutely recommend Victor for any buyer or seller - be use I also could see that he was working for us both to meet both our needs.
