I purchased my first apartment from Victor in 2022, after meeting him at many openings. Victor always remembered me, would provide helpful advice, or recommend other suitable apartments in the area. He never pressured me when it came to buying, he always gave me honest answers to questions and was a wealth of information about the building and the local area. It was always a pleasure seeing Victor; he's friendly, easy going, and a pleasure to deal with. After purchasing he made sure everything was ready for me to move in, including removing a locked padlock left behind by the last tenant. Victor was great from the first time I stepped foot in what was to be my apartment. He could see what I was looking for and gave me the exact space I needed to answer all my questions and also let me consider my thoughts. Right through the whole process he gave me his time to revisit any possible concerns, clarify things that were new to me, and to help me with my purchase. Never did I feel pressured in any way - Victor was the third wheel in working with myself and the owner. Victor had a brilliant understanding of the area and I felt that he was very transparent in prices and options - a characteristic that I didn’t come across in many other agents. I’d absolutely recommend Victor for any buyer or seller - be use I also could see that he was working for us both to meet both our needs.
