As a buyer, seller agents often appear just to talk the talk. Alex approached me when I was viewing a house I thought was outside my price range. She convinced me to consider further as it might not be. Whilst we just missed out on that house, she told us about an upcoming house that might be of interest - and we got that house!!! If Alex hadn't approached and convinced us to even consider the first house, we wouldn't have even considered the second. Attending that first house we were the under bidder so our presence definitely helped on the sale price. In relation to the second place, Alex was the first selling agent to recommend another site that actually fit within brief on the first go, unlike many other agents who made us look at other "similar" places that weren't even close just to get numbers through the door. If Alex hadn't recommended looking at the second house, based on the specs we wouldn't have (again, thinking it was outside budget), so she brought another buyer to the table! From a seller's point of view, I can see how Alex brings potential buyers to the table without it feeling forced or artificial, and yet still realistic from a buyer's perspective so they don't get disgruntled on future sales. Would definitely recommend her and her team!
