We were impressed with Alex’s knowledge of the market and followed her advice for marketing our property with a good offer before auction. A very good real estate agent who communicates well and attends to detail. Highly recommend .

We can’t recommend Alex highly enough. We have now bought and sold through her and have had a very positive experience both times. Her knowledge of the local market is second to none, and she’s great at applying that knowledge to your individual situation to get great results. Alex is incredibly generous with her time and advice, and is a joy to deal with. Our toddler daughter now asks for “More Alex!”, which is a testament to her warmth and friendliness!

Well what can I say, the result says it all. After successfully selling my mum's and brother's homes in the past 2 years, I put my trust in Alex's expertise and very friendly nature. Prior to renovating my house in preparation for sale, I contacted Alex for some professional advice in how to prepare my home, which she gave willingly and freely. Once the property was ready for sale, Alex's real expertise came to the forefront with a brilliant advertising campaign and open homes that showcased the property to it's fullest. Her correspondence between prospective buyers and myself was honest and direct and ultimately made the buyers confident to bid on my property. All in all Alex went to every extreme to ensure that I was happy with every aspect of the advertising and promotion of my property and in the end the Auction was a great success.
