How to sell your property with the least amount of stress
When I decided to sell my apartment in Marrickville, I contacted 3 agents. Alexandra was an automatic choice for me due to her calm manner, simple explanation of the Marketing plan and subsequent campaign and her respect for my questions. However, as a couple of weeks passed, I discovered, not surprisingly, that she knows how to communicate. She kept me up to date with regularity and my apartment sold before auction. I strongly recommend Alexandra.

Takes the worry out of selling
This is the second time I have engaged Alex to sell one of my properties and I can honestly say I wouldn't consider using any other agent. As I live interstate I was concerned about organising various trades etc to prepare the property for the market, but Alex effortlessly coordinated all paperwork, various trades people and arranged for my property to be professionally dressed without me having lift a finger. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Alex who thankfully managed to fetch me a great price in a terrible market. She is professional, straight forward and meticulous and will embrace total ownership throughout an entire campaign.

Outstanding Agent

Why would you sell through anyone else?!
Steve and I thoroughly recommend Alex, and having bought and sold through her three times now, each time was a pleasure to work with Alex, and her team. This time around, with the current downturn in the market, our beautiful house took some time to sell.
