Great Agent
It was a pleasure to deal with Danielle who is very professional and always available. It was a stressful time for us selling our family home in this market but she kept me calm ! She led a strong campaign and achieved a great result ! Plus we sold to a nice family. I highly recommend Danielle.

Absolutely amazing!!
Our wants from an agent were that they needed to be professional, dedicated and trustworthy. Danielle gets a 10 out of 10 for all of those. It was immediately apparent to us that she would work hard to maximise our opportunities in a declining market. The strategy she devised with the team at McGarth ensured that we had a beautifully presented property with multiple groups visiting on each and every open house. This resulted in a sale that easily met our expectations while other properties wallowed endlessly on the market. We would definitely not hesitate in using Danielle for any future property sales.

Honest communication and a pleasure to deal with
Alexandra was an open, honest communicator throughout the whole viewing and negotiation process. She was knowledgeable about the property and her clients. She made herself available to answer questions as we needed. Results under pressure
My partner and I decided to embark on a lifestyle change that involved the down sizing of our property. The value we achieved from the sale would greatly impact the remaining elements of our life plan. We also decided to do this smack bang in the middle of one of the sharpest Sydney market corrections in recent memory. As our agent, Alex spent many months consulting with us, ensuring we had an optimistic but realistic perspective on how our sale might play out. To us this was probably the most important aspect of the process, ensuring we had a lot of critical information at our disposal to react to the changing market conditions. Once the sale process commenced, Alex and the team swung into action, with their incredible professionalism ensuring the process was well executed, well communicated, and ultimately ended in us being totally satisfied with the final sale outcome. Tough market, great communication and advice
We sold and there was a lot of change in the market and Danielle ran an excellent campaign. Based on her advice we priced and presented appropriately and managed to get a high number of groups through for inspection. At auction we stalled before hitting the reserve and Danielle then did a great job of brokering the right price point for myself and the highest bidder at auction. This is my third time working with Danielle and every time I've been impressed with her professionalism and ethics.

Alexandra was truly amazing
Alexandra was so pleasant to deal with. She knows the market and her business. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her updating us on the progress of the efforts to sell our unit. The One You Want
Danielle is an amazing agent, she’s who you want selling your home. The sale of my home came just as the market was falling, I was stressed, Danielle and her team kept me calm, reassured me and sold my property for a fantastic price when other properties failed to sell at all. Not only that, she has a lovely manor, is bubbly, compassionate and just a lovely human being.
