If you want a trusting, caring Agent that will provide excellent results, you don’t need to look further. I sincerely recommend Alexandra Stamatiou-Buda from McGrath Estate Agents located in Leichhardt. The selling of my house was very difficult due to personal circumstances (divorce), however, Alexander, welcomed the challenge and without hesitation started the selling process via Action. While the Action did not reach the expectation due to my personal circumstances, Alexander did not give up, changing the tactics for selling and put it for sale. The property was sold in a lapse of seven weeks with an offer that I could not refuse as it was the price that I initially proposed to Alexandra. Now I get on with life thanks to Alexandra and her dedicated team. Professional Job/Great Result
I have just sold my late mother's house using Alexandra Stamatiou-Buda from McGrath Real Estate. Alex and her team did an exceptional job and we achieved a result which was well above the reserve. In this post-Christmas period which has seen a softening of the market with many properties passed-in or withdrawn, we arrived at auction day with eight registered bidders and real competition for the property. From the outset Alex was astute in providing a realistic valuation for the property, set out a great marketing plan and communicated through weekly meetings and written reports on the progress of campaign. Likewise, she communicated effectively with potential buyers keeping them interested in the property.
