Professional, knowledgeable and experienced
We were referred to Alex by a friend - we thought that with Alex's expertise with real estate in the Earlwood area, she may not be as familiar with the real estate market in our area (Ashfield). However, upon our first meeting with Alex, we could see that she was fully conversant with all real estate locations - her professionalism, knowledge and skill transcended all geographical boundaries. We immediately felt at ease at that first meeting.
Alex and her team kept us fully informed at all stages of the selling process - both verbally and with detailed written reports. We were always "kept in the loop" and any queries that we had, were always answered promptly. The service that Alex and her team provided made us feel as though we were the only clients of McGraths Leichhardt (but of course, we weren't). Alex also has a very professional team of tradespeople that assisted us in improving the property to its best saleable potential.
Before we decided to sell, we had the same thinking as probably most people do –that there has to be a conflict of interest with the agent acting for the vendor and, in effect, the purchaser - however, at no stage did we ever feel that was the case with Alex - there was never a doubt in our mind that Alex ALWAYS had our best interests in mind - it was not about Alex telling us to take the first offer so she could get her commission quickly - it was always about us getting the best possible price in the market at that time. You would be very hard pressed to go past Alex and her team to get the best possible outcome for the sale of your property.
Apart from anything else, Alex is a really, really lovely lady.
