Alexandra and her team at McGrath (especially Tamara) were amazing through the sale of our house. From the very beginning Alex provided calm objective advice on the options available to us for marketing and selling our property. She recommended a strategy but was never pushy. The marketing campaign was a success however on auction day things didn't go how I thought. With the property handed in with one bid well below reserve my heart was in my mouth, that's when I really appreciated having engaged Alex. She showed all the calm poise of an experienced negotiator and carefully worked between myself and the bidders. In the end we not only achieved our reserve but significantly exceeded it! An amazing result.
