I cannot recommend Danielle Dewhurst, McGrath Real Estate, highly enough. She is a true professional with years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the local market. I have engaged her services both as a buyer and a seller, most recently for the sale of my property. Danielle and her sales assistant Bonny Walker were an absolute delight to work with, always punctual, extremely diligent and with great people skills. The marketing strategies, regular feedback and follow up with potential buyers were excellent. Alex is a consummate professional with excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of the areas where she works. Her results for her vendors are stellar so, in the event that I ever wanted to sell my property, she is the first person to whom I would contact. As a buyer, she made all parties very comfortable throughout the process. This was done through her diligence in making contact throughout the campaign but also through her attentiveness at the inspections. I looked for a property for about eighteen months and I think I can honestly recommend her above all other agents with whom I had contact throughout this process. Potential vendors would do well to solicit her services for their campaign and potential purchasers can feel comfortable following their interest in a property that she presents to the market.

The marketing campaign was a success however on auction day things didn't go how I thought. With the property handed in with one bid well below reserve my heart was in my mouth, that's when I really appreciated having engaged Alex. An amazing result.
