An agent that delivers!
Aaron exceeded our expectations from the minute both himself and Laura came to our property. Everything that was promised was delivered with regular communication. We were provided with in-depth information, comparables of sales in the area and styling tips for the photography. We were extremely impressed with the photography and the way our property was marketed. Aaron is a very down to earth and honest sales agent and has restored our faith in sales agents after previously having the property listed for months with another agent. Aaron sold our property from the first open home and at a price that once again exceeded our expectations. We have and will continue to refer all of our friends and family to list their property with Aaron. Absolute six star service!

Fantastic Gentleman
Scott Falconer was an absolutle delight to have represent us in the sale of our home. On the ball and friendly too !!
It was a pleasure to deal with an agent who was friendly , helpful and efficient. My husband and I have had dealings with so many who are unhelpful, don't come back to you with answers to your questions, and those who act like your money isn't good enough. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was young, but not green, confident, but not overconfident and in your face, friendly happy and efficient !! Aaron is a breath of fresh air.

Always Helpful
I am writing this on behalf of my brothers-in-law, Greg and Grahame. They recently decided to move from Sydney to the Central Coast and checked out suitable properties on the internet. Scott invited them to three open homes, one of which they had negotiated on and secured before the end of the week. They have only ever purchased one property before so it took a lot of work from Scott to get them to that stage. They are so pleased with their purchase and look forward to relaxing in their new home. The Go To Agent
Scott did an incredible job in Marketing & selling our property at North Entrance. He set a high but realistic price which he achieved through excellent negotiation skills. All inspections were genuine buyers & the purchasers were the first to view the property. Because they were from interstate they had some problems with their solicitor which Scott was also able to resolve smoothly. We have sold ten properties over the years & would recommend Scott as the top agent we have encountered.
