I am writing this on behalf of my brothers-in-law, Greg and Grahame. They recently decided to move from Sydney to the Central Coast and checked out suitable properties on the internet. Scott did an incredible job in Marketing & selling our property at North Entrance. He set a high but realistic price which he achieved through excellent negotiation skills. All inspections were genuine buyers & the purchasers were the first to view the property. Because they were from interstate they had some problems with their solicitor which Scott was also able to resolve smoothly. We have sold ten properties over the years & would recommend Scott as the top agent we have encountered.
