Scott and the team at McGrath sold me right from the start. They were the 1st of 4 agents i seen for the day to sell my house and their approach far outweighed the other agents. Scott was on top of everything from the start and his communication was superb and he was very understanding and supportive in my situation, and my house was sold within 24 hours. All the team at McGrath are very friendly and professional in all aspects and i would highly recommend them...which i already did to a friend. And the added bonus of those beautiful fragranced candles which are devine. Thank you again Scott and the team.

It took about 9 months to sell the property but Scott persisted and eventually got there.

Aaron is fantastic! He is professional, dedicated, down to earth and genuinely passionate about his role as your agent. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my family and I felt at ease during the sale process and got us an amazing result. He and Laura make an awesome team- they were fantastic at communicating with us and guiding us through every step of the process and have a wonderful market knowledge. Definitely a winning combination and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I had Aaron Paull sell my house and as far as I'm concerned I wouldn't use any other agent again!!.. Have sold 3 other houses before and there was no comparison in agents, Aaron came out on top easily. Aaron knows what he is talking about, gives you the honest truth, (unlike some agents, just telling you what you want to hear) and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. Aaron was even at my house hours before the open house cleaning the glass around my pool whilst I was away (how many agents would you see doing that!!!!!). Also Aaron spots out the little 1 percenters that may need to be done which brings up the price of the house.. They will be the tiny simple improvements but it improves the look of the house 100% and, you wish you had done it ages!!! As for communication, I was given updates every step of the way.. Sale of the house, well it pretty much went in 2 weeks! And for a LOT more than I was expecting 😊. He really knows how to close a deal. Since sale of the house Aaron has been helping me with other properties. I no I can text him at any time about anything and he always gets back to me (personally I don't think he sleeps).. All in all, I totally recommend Aaron to sell your house and trust me, you will be very very happy with the outcome.. Well done Aaron your a champ! 😊

We bought our home in Killarney Vale through Aaron and Laura, and had a very smooth experience doing so. They were super easy to communicate with, always courteous, and prompt at facilitating any communication between us and the vendors. Aaron and Laura have a very comprehensive local market knowledge, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for buying or selling alike.
Aaron Paull
Aaron is not just someone who excels at their job, he genuinely listens to and respects the views, needs and wishes of his clients - both sets. These characteristics of all round professionalism, honesty and integrity are what make Aaron a stand out agent to have representing you as either a buyer or a seller.

We think Scott is by far the best real estate agent on the central coast. He is honest, communicates effectively, is dedicated to his work and genuine in character. We have had three great property results with him as our agent.
