Team Col and Chris were awesome and assisted me in every way to prepare my home for marketing. They went way beyond in assisting me than any other agent representing my families. Col and Chris did everything possible to reduce the stress of selling my home after owning it for several decades. I would highly recommend Col Bernasconi and Chris Forster from McGrath Long Jetty. Great communicators and truly understands the vendor. They work very hard for you to get the best price.

If you gaze into your crystal ball and it says that it looks like it will take a few months to sell your property, due to economic uncertainty caused by three interest rate rises…..you better call Col Bernasconi, and the other half of his team Chris Forster, ASAP! Their enthusiasm for your property and the selling process never wavers. Thanks Col and Chris! What a roller coaster it’s been, but your professionalism and dedication sealed the deal and I’m very happy with the result.

We had to sell my grandmothers house to pay for nursing home residence and needed a quick turnaround….. Not only did Col achieve this for us but also got a great price in a shaky market. On the market less than a week and it was done. Highly recommend this guy. Thanks Col

Col's knowledge of the real estate market is phenomenal. He was a great support to us during the auction process. His assistant Chris was very good as well. We asked for something and we had it the next day. A superior service. I would highly recommend using Col to sell or to buy a property.
