Col was very motivated and accommodating when selling our house. He kept communications open at all times, giving feedback and explaining each step of the process. Col's assistant, Chris, was also extremely helpful and followed up any requests or questions we had during the sale. We were extremely happy with the result and would thoroughly recommend Col to handle any sale and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Col was awesome! We had already purchased a property we wanted to move into for retirement and needed to sell our current beloved home in time to suit our other sale, Col was able to negotiate a great price for us while under pressure and urgency, Col and his team always made sure we were understanding and happy with all things that were occurring during the sale process.

My wife and I would love to acknowledge the stellar efforts of Col Bernasconi from McGrath. He was there with us all the way through what can be an anxious time and nothing seemed to phase him which transferred to both of us. Very professional, honest, forthright and highly like able.

Col assisted me for many months providing access to his network by way of architects, designers and market knowledge far before officially engaging him on the sale of my run down duplex which was sold as a development site with plans for a new high-end 3 story duplex with ocean views. Col's professionalism and supportive team in Chris Forster were first class.

We entrusted Col and his team to sell a property which had been in our family for over 90 years, during a pandemic, auctioned online, with a Sydney vendor. There was no hard-sell, 'tyre-kicking' tactics, he gave us helpful suggestions to maximise the value, and even added styling & removed rubbish. He was client-focused and a great communicator, bringing a wealth of knowledge of the area, market and industry, and pleasant. Price was $300k over reserve. I would recommend him to anyone.
