Col and his team were always proactive and responsive. They made the sale process very calm and smooth for us which is exactly what we were after. Col’s communication was clear and he contacted us at every step in the process to ensure we were happy and fully informed.

Col was helpful and professional and responded well to all communications at every step the way. He went out of his way to schedule an inspection for us to view the property at a time most convenient for us. He also knew a lot about the suburb. I would recommend Col to anyone looking to buy property in the area.

We had a fantastic experience working with Col to sell our home, it was certainly not the best market but Col come through with a buyer and made the whole experience easy and stress free. Being a long term Local "Coastie" gave us the added advantage! His commitment to open communication and "being there'' for us was a huge factor in the trust we put in him. He is kind and considerate to our needs and has a great team behind him. Highly recommended to anyone looking to sell or purchase.

2nd home sold by Col in less than 2years, he exceeded our expectations on this sale. Col knows his profession, highly recommend this legend to anyone buying or selling. Also I would like to mention Chris, he always works in the background for Col. This team works awesome together. Thank you to you both.

Col Bernasconi has been a wonderful agent. My relationship with Col started about 2 years ago. From the time I met Col, my time traveling to Long Jetty from Sydney suddenly came to an end. Col looked after my property as if it was his. I have come across other real agents but Col has stood the test of time to be one of kind. Always ready to go extra miles for his clients.
Col Bernasconi
A seasoned agent who knows how to get it done. Col’s reliability and confidence made selling with him a great experience.
Col Bernasconi
Col doesn’t look like your average real estate agent. He looks like a professional surfer and he is! But when it came to selling my home he proved to be a very knowledgeable, ethical and professional agent. Col always had a smile, he always answered his phone and although he looked relaxed, he worked hard to sell my house.
Col Bernasconi
Col was always available when we had any questions and had an abundance of knowledge. He really puts his clients first and there isn’t anything you couldn’t ask him. Personable, friendly, relatable and just a very professional, genuine lovely agent! Very happy
