A true gentleman without the sharky sales approach
Sold 3 Elsiemer street Long Jetty..one of our property's .. by Col Bernasconi.. I have to say I only give praise when it's due, Col is a total stand out, not at all like a usual real estate person.. he is patient, a gentleman, very good at navigating the tenant, client, vendor interactions gracefully with finesse... some people are just artists in their field. Knowing when to push, when to hold, when to and how to ask for what u need within the stakeholder group, well that's an art this man has a kind, simple way of balancing 5-stars!!! No grubiness, no stress, just a pure graceful salesman...

Amazing real estate agent who goes above and beyond
We first met Col years ago at an open house and were very impressed with his enthusiasm for the job he was doing so much so we decided to use him to sell our property without interviewing any other agents. From the very get go we knew we made the right decision his knowledge of our area and campaign structure was spot on. He knew and read the market perfectly running a fluid campaign that was outside of the standard campaign most agents offer. He worked tirelessly marketing, promoting and facilitating as many potential buyers that he could through the house. He was alway accessible and probably one of his strongest attributes was his communication with both us the sellers and potential buyers. We successfully sold at auction after a two and half week campaign. We have bought and sold a number of properties and this was easily the best experience we have had with an agent. I couldn’t more highly recommend Col, Allanah and the team.
