He helped us greatly in being able to objectively assess what improvement were needed to the house before listing, This saved us money on not overcapitalising. He even went over and above by actually helping us personally on some minor house improvements when we couldn’t get a tradesman in a hurry. Brad kept us informed throughout the selling process, we felt he was very genuine and provided care & support beyond the transaction.
