While real estate agents act for the vendor, as a purchaser this wasn't just the case in my dealings with Kenneth. We met at an open house and the property was unsuitable me. Kenneth took the time to ring me back and with patience listened to my requirements to purchase a property. Over the subsequent weeks he made sure I was kept 'in the loop' as suitable properties came on the market. While the property I purchased was being marketed by his colleague, Kenneth made sure with regular contact that my needs were being considered. When the building inspection report identified a major (but rectifiable) defect the vendor was unwilling to rectify so I prepared to exercise my discretion and terminate the contract. Kenneth made steps to get the vendor to agree to rectify the defect and the sale went ahead. Overall my experience with Kenneth was a pleasant one and full marks for his friendly and professional approach. Well done and thanks mate!
