I chose Stewart Lamont of McGarth Lower Blue Mountains to sell my property in Blaxland. I meet Stewart 5 years ago when I attended an Open House with a friend. Although I wasn’t interested in selling my property at the time Stewart took my details and keep in contact proving monthly market updates & local sales statistics but in going so he was never pushy. So when I came to sell my house Stewart was the only agent I considered. We decided to sell by Private Treaty which was also a wise decision. The house was listed 3 days before the Saturday Open House after which we had a number of interested parties. The sale negotiations went on late into Saturday night & when Stewart called me with the final offer the price far exceeded my expectations.
