Stewart Lamont recently assisted us in selling our house in Mount Riverview, Blue Mountains. As stressful as selling a house can be (especially in a pandemic), Stewart aimed to make the process as stress free as possible. Throughout the campaign Stewart was an effective communicator and always kept us (vendor) in the loop. Although its not everyday that you sell your house, Stewart and the Team at McGrath Lower Blue Mountains did their best to minimise disruption that selling a house can have on your normal day to day life. At the end of the campaign, we had sold our house for a price higher than what we were expecting when we originally approached Stewart to undertake an appraisal of our property. What else can you ask for :). If I were to purchase or sell another property, I wouldn’t even think about considering other agents. Stewart and the Team at McGrath Lower Blue Mountains are the experts at selling property in the area and will produce the best possible results that any vendor could ask for. Sell your house with Stewart Lamont today!

Brad handled our property sale with enthusiasm and professionalism. He went above and beyond to assist us throughout the sale process, from organising quality tradesman to navigating COVID restrictions and lockdown. Brad worked quickly to organise a huge number of inspections for our property; we were on the market for only two days before accepting an offer than well exceeded our expectations. Thank you Brad!

We have limited experience with the property market and stewart provided all the guidance and expertise we were after. He knew the area well, was extremely reliable and has extensive experience in real estate
