Would not hesitate to recommend Stewart & will use in the future if required. He's a great communicator, easy to deal with and most importantly got our investment sold!

Stuart has been absolutely professional and thorough. His knowledge of the market is second to none. He has gone above and beyond with communicating every step of the way which has made all the difference in helping me achieve a successful purchase.

Stewart Lamont is a very experienced professional. As I was organising the sale of my aunt’s townhouse, Stewart was very considerate, thoughtful and kind. He guided us through the process always remembering this was not easy for my aunt. It was a great result, with my aunt’s townhouse selling well above the asking price. I would not hesitate in recommending Stewart, he is amazing. Thank you Stewart.

A real professional. Brad was incredibly helpful through our entire purchase process going above and beyond at every stage. Couldnt recommend a better real estate agent. Wouln't go anywhere else with our future real estate needs
Brad Cole
Brad goes above and beyond for his clients. We had a complex situation but Brad’s extensive knowledge helped us overcome the hurdles and achieve a result that exceeded expectations. He added value far beyond the regular agent’s role. He connected us with his broad network of tradespeople and professionals to prepare our house for sale and provided invaluable advice and coordination throughout. He is authentic, personable, accessible and always willing to help. He works hard in all aspects of the sale to achieve the best result. We are very grateful and can’t recommend him enough.

I think Stewart has a good knowledge of the market. However our issue was, we had to chase him to initiate a lot of steps we needed to have done throughout the selling process. We were reminding Stewart to do things that he should have been reminding us to do; luckily we had a good conveyancer guiding us and his staff were helpful. Overall we felt, for the commission Lister & Cole received for selling our home, Stewart should have put more effort into helping us through the process.

Stewart is great to deal with and has made the process of buying our first home simple, even over a public holiday period. Thanks Stewart!

Stewart has been a patient calm and non pushy estate agent. I found it that Stewart was a calming influence especially when I was trying to decide which real estate to go with he put his reasons forward in a calm manner which was a nice change from some other agents that I found were pushy. I have been on his books for a number of years and he would contact me regularly to ask if I had had any luck in finding a property or still wanted to receive his emails. Due to family issues I was removed & then recontacted at a later date. I feel that this method is honest and takes prospective buyers and sellers into consideration.

Cannot fault Stew and the team at Lister and Cole during the process of selling our house. We have sold a property previously with Stew and after I first experience never even considered selling with anyone else. Stew was friendly, knowledgeable, fair and honest throughout the entire process and his advice was invaluable. Having two young children and selling our house Stew did everything he could to streamline the process for us and make the experience as stress free as possible. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome selling for well above what we expected! We will continue to highly recommend Stew to any family and friends looking to sell. Thank you Stew!
